3 cups jicama, peeled and diced (one large jicama)
2 tsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. shallot, minced
¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
Mix all ingredients together, and allow to chill for 30 minutes for flavors to combine.
Dish into small bowls, and garnish with cilantro.
For a spicier version, add an extra teaspoon of Sriracha and make your party guests sign a waiver before serving. Cool down with a sip of IZZE Sparkling Cherry Lime.
